"Room smelled bad, and there were hairs in several places in the bathroom. The staff was friendly and available. We switched to another hotel after the first night. This was a case of “ you get what you pay for,” since the hotel was inexpensive."

"The Houstonian property and grounds are gorgeous and have amazing amenities. We visited the spa and thoroughly enjoyed our lunch, massages, facials, and pool. We had snacks poolside in between appointments as well and the our services were delightful. The restaurant on site is a wonderful addition, the food is delicious and our waitress was super attentive. We always enjoy our stay here and look forward to returning soon!"
