Clean room, comfortable beds, easy check in and check out. Only complaint is that there was loud noice from highway.

Hyatt Regency Cincinnati
The staff were great and friendly. My only complaints were there was no information about in room service and the TV was not a smart TV so if you didn’t want to watch live TV or pay for on demand you couldn’t cast your own streaming services.
