"There was a small issue with the AC that was identified the day before we arrived. The host communicated the issue and the plan for fixing the problem and gave us options to cancel if we desired. We were not able to find any other accommodations last minute. However, the AC was fixed on our second day and did not cause any interruptions to our stay. The host was great about communicating and providing updates. We also got mixed up on the check out time, I thought it was noon, cleaner showed up...

"An amazing house! The host was prompt and easy to communicate with. Our pup had a fantastic time running up and down the large backyard. The house was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. The location is close to downtown. Walkable, but we mostly used our car because it was raining. Typically, we would've walked more, which is why we picked this location. We will for sure stay here again and hopefully explore the neighborhood on foot next time."

"Great stay in Pinehurst. This condo is very close to the village, the Golf Hall of Fame and the pro shop. Very festive at Christmastime. No really good place to walk the dog as there aren't any sidewalks but the streets aren't that busy. Barbra gave us perfect directions to the condo. Don't miss breakfast across the street at the Pinehurst Track. Small town and friendly. We're looking forward to returning to play golf."

"This is a one level home that is beautifully updated inside. It was an open floor plan with one bedroom and in-suite bath on the opposite end of house from two bedrooms and bath on other end of house. It has lots of windows with a view of the golf course in the back. A back porch with rocking chairs and a screen porch with rockers as well. Wonderful stay!"
