"This was a wonderful property The cabin was amazing The pool was spectacular and very clean the game room was nice and our neighbors were very sweet in the cabin next to us"

"It was a nice get away for our wedding anniversary. We were able to bring our dogs and use the private strip of beach a couple of cottages away. This was a great quiet trip. The only thing that could have been better is the AC in the cottage. A window unit is provided but with 90 temps it couldn’t keep up."

"Communication was great from the initial booking. Spacious, clean, and very private. Great accommodations and up to date appliances/furniture. Canoe is a lovely addition that we took pretty far down the river to explore. Would absolutely return and recommend to others!"

"We enjoyed our stay so close to the Tides Inn for the Taste of the Bay. Irvington is a quaint walkable town, perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of fast paced locations."

"Love the new couches! It made the home way more comfortable. Had a problem with Roku but Glenda worked with my daughter to get it fixed. Can't beat the view!!!"

The only problem we had was getting into the lockbox when we arrived, but they arranged for someone to run down and help us out. "

"We made last minute plans and were happy with our decision to stay at Mary’s place. It was big enough for our family including our two teenage daughters. The location is quiet and peaceful. The home was clean and had everything we needed!"

"This house has beautiful views and it was only about 45 min to Williamsburg. It is on Hills Bay, which flows into the Chesapeake Bay. The water is very shallow and would be great for younger kids. We brought kayaks and enjoyed our time on the water. It would be fantastic for someone that owns a boat too. The water doesn’t have many waves, but we tied a party size float to part of the dock and all the kids, ages 10-19, loved our time there. Since I’m the first review, I think I might be the first...
