"Our stay exceeded ournexpectations. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Our family flew in for my daughter’s graduation and not only did they welcome us with Grad balloons but we also had a wonderful Mother’s Day treat waiting for us as well. So spacious and clean. Beautiful neighborhood and very kind neighbors as well. Highly recommend staying here and look forward to staying again….."

"Gracious host, nice and clean. Pictures when I booked a little deceiving the kitchen is very small no countertops to work with and very little cabinets. Beds were too hard for my liking but a good time."

"We had activities in lava all weekend and stayed in income at this property and were very comfortable in it and had more amenities than we've ever had before. Great atmosphere. Plenty of room. Lots of fun and only 9 mi away from lava"

"We reserved on July 7th to attend Eastern Idaho State Fair. We purchased event tickets for the fair, family members flew into Salt Lake City to join us for the 1st fair weekend. Our check-in was scheduled for Friday 8/29. We were notified the evening of 8/28 that our reservation had been canceled because the owner had doubled booked. Because of the Fair there were no other accommodations available. We had to forfeit our event tickets and family airline tickets. I may never use VRBO again and...

"If you need a place for an ISU event, this is a great place. It is clean, roomy, and has all you need. It is a bit challenging to get in and out of the driveway, but we had large vehicles. Overall, it is worth staying here and we may do so in the future as well. Go Bengals!"
