"My husband and I loved our stay here. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and it was great to have a mini fridge, microwave and Keurig in the room. Communication from staff was great as well. We were happily surprised at what a cute little town this was. We visited Pelio winery and listened to live music, had a wonderful dinner at Rustica, and a great breakfast at Trailside Cafe the next morning, which was all walking distance from the hotel. "

"Loved the house. Driveway was a little tricky but we got the hang of it. "

"We had a great 40th birthday trip at the house! It is a great property and hosts are very responsive. There was an issue that the listing when we booked (8 months prior) had different information that was changed without notice. However, once the issue was discovered it was resolved - very responsive. We loved the hot tub and walking distance to downtown! "

"Amazing stay! The room was spotless, the kitchen well-equipped, and Jae and Bob, the hosts, were so welcoming. Loved the beautiful, private yard and the relaxing hot tub which was perfect for unwinding. Highly recommend"

"Property is very clean and well stocked. Jasmine texted during out visit to verify that all was going well. A park is very close (behind the next house). The cool weather was a nice break from the inland heat."

"We were contacted by the property manager that the original house we rented had a plumbing issue so he quickly made arrangements for us to stay at a nicer home at the same price. The communication with the property manager was much appreciated and the home we stayed in was comfortable with everyone having their own bedrooms. It was a quiet neighborhood and a nice place to stay while visiting Monterey."

"A lovely home. Plenty of room for our family. Very comfortable beds and good size bedrooms. They provide a great selection of tea and coffee which was nice. The patio was great for coffee in the morning and relaxing In the evening. "

"This property is exactly as listed. The only thing I don't think I read correctly is that the third bedroom has a futon. We all loved the home and had an excellent stay. Will definitely stay again if available!"

"Great location, quiet neighborhood, and it was awesome that we didn’t have to bring a high chair and pak-n-play for my son. Super close to so much too! The house is laid out nicely, on a slab foundation so we didn’t have to tip-toe around after putting the kiddo down, and has a great back deck and yard. We did have 2 small issues that were resolved quickly, thanks to the ease of simply calling the management company and speaking directly with someone. Took little effort on our part! We will...

"Host did not make aware that rooms not advertisedwould be rented. We paid for private suite with own bathroom and got a bed behind a curtain… speaks for itself.did not feel safe leaving our belongings. Would appreciate more transparency."

"We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, peaceful and quiet. It is in the perfect location, and it is also well equipped and has everything we need. Communication was fast and easy, and Andy and Jen always replied quickly and made sure we settled in properly. We had a great time in this cozy house and would love to be back again!"
