"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

I had asked before I booked about a/c and was never told they meant a portable unit. "Although the room was different than the one in the photo which I received, I was still pleased with the stay. It was very clean and the room was already nice and cool. Check-in was very easy. Check-out was as well, although, getting into the app did not always work after check-out. Still trying to retrieve my receipt. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"Clean, easy check-in, short walk to Holland Pk or Shepherds Bush stations. The kitchenette was nice for breakfast and the surrounding neighborhood was very nice. The street was a little noisy but we had the windows open due to the above average temps in London, luckily there was a fan provided which helped for sleeping. Found the stairwell to be very hot. Great stay!"

"There was confusion regarding check in as they don't have a front desk. Was unsure how to access the unit until the moment we arrived. Had to ring a doorbell and an employee came. They then give you codes to get in. Not sure what would happen after hours or late on weekends as I don't think anyone is there. Other than that the neighborhood is good and safe. The unit was very clean but very basic. Could have used a coffee table. The roll out "bed" was horrible though. It more of a roll out chair....

"God beliggenhet og stor leilighet. Pent og moderne. Ikke så praktisk med dårlig vifte nå i den voldsomme sommervarmen, skulle hatt en bedre vifte. Fikk heller ikke innsjekkingsinformasjon, så måtte ringe for å både finne frem og komme oss inn. Men de på telefonen var veldig hjelpsomme. Ville ha bestilt igjen😊"
