"The stay was great! The staff was very welcoming, I was explained a couple things as I checked in that I may have had to ask about. We were wished to have a good time if we were seen heading out and welcomed back if seen heading back in which was very friendly and welcoming! We only had to call down to the front desk for one issue but they answered quickly and gave a solution. "The staff were wonderful to us and helped us out with a lot of things: checking in at a late hour, changing rooms, etc. they went out of their way to be helpful. Look and location of the hotel are great, walkable to the waterfront and the train station. Next time we're in Alexandria we will stay here."

"Very spacious, well designed and equipped room. Very comfortable bed, pillow and the air conditioning is quiet and cool enough. Perfect blackout curtains and more than sufficient plugs and USB chargers. Decent and safe neighborhood and got a big supermarket where is only 2 mins walk from the hotel. Friendly staff in particular the shuttle driver Ricko who is very kind, helpful and possesses excellent driving skills. "

"Disappointing Front Desk Service, but Good Stay Overall My check-in experience was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff member, Tamara, was unprofessional and unwelcoming. "The breakfast was excellent. Rooms and common areas were very clean. The quality of the beds and furniture was very good. I would definitely stay again. Parking on site was $30/night. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Our kids enjoyed the pool. The pool area was very well kept. Great experience o stall. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful."
