"The room itself was spacious for two people. However, the temperature outside on July 4th was a blistering 101 degrees while the room when we arrived was on average 78 degrees. I tried to change the thermostat but was unable to. I contacted the main desk and they sent over a maintenance worker to check the status. He claimed that everything was ok and that the room would cool down but that never happened. It was challenging to fall and stay asleep. Also, on a side note I did not know that...

"This property is under construction but the amenities and room sizes were worth it to our family of five. Made to order omelets each morning are included with the breakfast. It was so good and a welcome surprise. The complimentary evening cocktail hour was also nice with adult beverages and snacks for the kids. The proximity to the Metro is perfect for getting in/out of DC. The pool area is older and just okay. The work out facilities were nice. This was a bargain and we will stay here again!"

"This property is very convenient to all things in Old Town. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. Room was a good size. The parking was $42/night and there was a $25/night “amenity fee,” and I am not sure what that would have covered as everything has an expense aside from the fitness center. Our room did have AC problems, but it was when that area had 110 degree temperatures. Staff addressed promptly and we received a portable AC unit that kept the room from becoming unbearable."

"Paying premium price I would not expect to be treated as a nuisance when interacting with the front staff. They knew very little about their surrounding neighbourhood & could not make any suggestions or give any directions. I was provided incorrect information as it relates to making reservations in their restaurant. None were made Useless. I received no information when asked about the process/cost/availability of using the EV charging apparatus. Much more, I didn’t feel special in the least"

"The staff was welcoming, the room was very clean and a good size for a family of 3. While there was no room service there was a cafe/bar open on the evenings and breakfast served in the morning. Additionally, they had one of the best lobby shop I've seen in a property like this. Lots of items available to eat! I will definitely stay there again!"
