"Had a 5 night stay in these apartments for a work trip. A few colleagues have stayed here before and recommended them. On arrival the staff were really helpful and that continued through the week. The apartment itself was clean and was a decent size. The bed was really comfortable, I was very impressed with that. My only gripe is that the blinds in the bedroom were completely hopeless. "We enjoyed the stay compare to other properties in London, however I wish the stay will be more comfortable if the mattresses were 8 to 10inch as current mattress feel you sleep on rock hard surface. In addition I would use professional cleaners to clean the APT. "
