"Booked a corner room for a week, because I like it as I saw it on YT. Was upgraded to bigger room, with separated living room, but asked to have the corner room. I really like the corner room and I think it was the right decision to choose this one. The room is super nice with a good view on Beijing (view on the Peninsula Hotel). "The Hotel is located not far from the centre. It is five minutes walk from the metro and easily connected to the rest of the city. The staff is very helpful. Some of the spoke good English. The interior is a bit retro but overall tidy and there are also two restaurants. One is available for breakfast where there is a large buffet.
