"This property is very convieneantly located for travelers. It takes only a few minutes to get onto Hyw 1. Lots of free Parking. All the major restaurants and shopping is within very comfortable walking distance. The front desk was super nice and helpfull. Complementary breakfast was good. Will recomend staying here"

"The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. Anything that we needed or asked was a breeze of refreshing helpful information or providing us with any needs such as extra towels and toiletries. Very handy to have coffee and hot chocolate 24/ 7. Breakfast was nice to have on hand for easy start to the day. The pool was very fun. My little 6 year old couldn't get enough of it. We had super fun on the slide as well. Made everyone giggle and laugh as adults fly down."

It was also convenient to have easy ground-level access, making it simple to bring our luggage in and out. That said, the property is quite dated. While the room was clean, the older furnishings and finishes made it feel less clean than it actually was. "Front desk were EXTREMELY friendly and helpful during a booking issue, and were always a friendly face to chat with when coming and going. The room was perfect. Good AC, spacious suite, well stocked kitchenette. Pet-friendly, they even had a little bowl set and care kit for our pup upon arrival :) Housekeeping was super friendly to chat to, and seemed to love being there. This will be our new go-to hotel when booking Harrison!"

"De entree van de kamer lag aan een galerij boven een restaurant waardoor alles naar kip rook. De opgang naar de entree en de kamer zelf waren zeer slecht onderhouden. Het tapijt in de kamer had plakkerige stukken en de badkamer was dringend aan onderhoud toe. Het meeste hout was kapot door vocht en de verf bladerde er al af. De ligging was prima, lekker centraal aan de promenade en gratis parkeren was fijn. De prijs van ca 250 euro voor 1 nacht was echter veel te veel."
