"No microwave, cold pool, elevators broke people got trapped we climbed so many stairs. A homeless man lived in the alley you had walk through to travel. The ceilings were just concrete with weird chalk on them the Window covering gets stuck when you use it we had to put it on track to use it. When you call on the room phone for service you talk to an automated machine for awhile, "

"Tiny, no-frills room. Great for a short stay in Chicago. Had a few minor issues with the room. The router light located in the bed room is fairly bright which may be an issue for those who struggle to sleep in a room that isn't completely dark. The AC unit in the room I was given was also not working (which for me didn't end up being an issue as it was fresh outside, so opening a window did the trick. Might not be as comfortable during the warmer months).

"Many food options except after 8pm. Quick Valet services. Small “snack area” without items such as Tylenol etc. We had to do a store run late night for pain meds. Front desk staff are amazing with the ability to text the front desk with questions. Mr. Love was a great help and so nice! "

"OK, first the good stuff. This was our second stay, for 3 nights, and the hotel is really well located, walking distance to pretty much everywhere you would expect. The breakfast buffet is good - but let's face it, at $29.99 plus taxes, it really SHOULD be good. And the rooms are nice, with a decent bed, a TV that you can stream to so ...3 stars.
Where it loses 2 whole stars is the way they nickel and dime you, with junk fees, and misleading promotions - in my case they claimed we had booked an...

"The property is very clean and staff is wonderful and responsive. The property is starting to show its age some. Shower head sprayed all over the bathroom and handle fell off the bathroom sink. Staff immediately fixed the sink handle, but we had to tie a wash cloth around the back of the shower head to keep it from soaking the floor and toilet, including the toilet paper."
