Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Centrally located off I-55, I-355 and 294 major highways. Waterfall Glen is on 2 miles away for biking/walking and enjoying the waterfall scenery. This 3 bedroom house has a 2 car garage attached with decent entry and a decent size backyard. Very spacious and clean.

Clean property but host should provide full disclosure about the layout of the home

We rented this home last minute as the property we had reserved for several months had to cancel our booking due to plumbing issues. This was not our first choice for the neighborhood but it was all that was available. The home was clean and the neighborhood was fine and felt safe. The host did a nice job of answering emails and texts and accommodating us checking out 30 minutes later than checkout time. It was fairly close to the areas we needed to go to to attend a rehearsal dinner, wedding etc… My biggest complaint would be the layout of the home. The 3 bedrooms are all on the upper level of the house. When you search for 2+ beds and 2 full baths, you would assume that the bathrooms would be located near the bedrooms. Nope. 1 bathroom was upstairs with the 3 bedrooms. The other full bath was in the basement (no bedrooms in the basement). This did not work for us. We had to go down 2 small flights to use our bathroom. The bathroom in the basement was tiny. (Just a sink, toilet and shower but no counter space for any toiletries). It was a huge hassle to get ready and go up and down the stairs for the bathroom. If this was disclosed to us, we wouldn’t have rented here. Also, the kitchen was missing simple basic essentials like a colander, a pizza slicer, a cutting board, and kitchen knives. (There were regular knives but no slicing knives).

Decent location, well maintained

We needed to be close to the Hinsdale Hospital and this worked out really nicely. Alan was quick to respond and check in / check out were easy. The house is well maintained, kitchen has enough pots and pans and gas stoves are always a plus. We didn't use the outdoor space because it was raining almost the entire time of our stay. So having a covered garage was nice. It's a bit of a drive to Chicago, however, if you need easy access to the city.

Great Location

Nice, older home in a very nice community. Close to major highways so getting around was fairly easy. Also very close to Oak Brook and Naperville so many great restaurants, shops, and activities nearby. Home is comfortable. Beds are not great but sufficient. A king size bed would be a huge plus. Also some working patio door blinds in kitchen would be helpful. Living room and family room furniture very comfortable and inviting. Enjoyed watching movies in the down stairs family room. Very inviting furniture. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. This was a nice place to spend a month away from home.

Attentive Host

Our VRBO host was very attentive and was easy to get in touch with. The house was clean and very comfortable! Having parking was also a great plus as travelers. Would definitely book here again!
