Excellent communication from host. Easy check in and check out procedures. Comfortable beds and convenient location just blocks from a brown and purple line train stop; bus stop outside front door.

We really enjoy staying at this unit. It was very clean and comfortable overall. Great location. Many restaurants and cafes nearby. Dan, the host, is very attentive and super nice. Originally, we booked for 8 nights but needed to extend 2 more nights, and he accommodated our request quickly. We will definitely stay again!

Great find in Chicago. Clean, well maintained (the skylights are fab) and in a good location. We highly recommend this flat and would stay again ourselves in the future.

Great location and great communication! The beds and bedclothes and towels were great and the bathroom fine. I would love to see a bit more decor and a more self-explanatory lock from the inside, but I would be very happy to stay here again.

Great location, unit was very clean, spacious and just what we needed. My only suggestion would be having a handrail up the entire staircase as it was difficult when carrying luggage up.

For anyone on the fence about staying in a neighborhood vs a hotel downtown, this flat on Diversey has that Chicago feel that makes a vacation special. Walk the neighborhood and live like a local. This area has its own walkable coffee shop, bagel restaurant, Mexican eatery, and more. The flat itself feels like so much open space with great skylights. Most of the local businesses on the 1st floor close in the early evening (such as doctors offices, physical therapists, etc) so it is far less busy at night. Close walk to the L and many bus stops. Park your car and leave it for your entire stay. Just make sure if you reserve a spot, that you book for the entire stay so you don't have to move it

We really like this flat. It is large, clean, comfortable and affordable. Communication with management is fast and reliable. The flat is well-located and there are grocery stores, bars etc. all around. Parking for us was not a problem as the short walk to free parking was not an inconvenience (esp as you save a lot of money by getting to the "no permit required" zone). We highly recommend it!

Great place! Very much enjoyed our stay! The host is quick to reply to messages. Check-in instructions were easy to follow and arrived on time. Also received a reminder on the check-out instructions the day before, which I greatly appreciated. Good location to the brown line. Would definitely recommend to others and look forward to staying again!

I messaged the owner several times and always got a courteous and quick response. The rental was accommodating. We enjoyed being a guest.

Our stay was excellent! Comfy beds, good water pressure and heat, full kitchen, well lit. Only two things of note: the provided towels mentioned in the listing were not shower-size, they were sized for drying hands. Second thing is that the TV box seems outdated and couldn't get a lot of channels, but we barely used it. Would stay here again!
