Please note that the building is shared with a college so you may see some college kids, but our floor secured and leased by us.

Once you get inside the building, you walk to the secure elevators to go up to your floor.

Once to the floor, you walk to your apartment. Once in the apartment, you will find a modern space with 3 bedrooms, two bathroom, a modern kitchen, and a living room equipped with Smart TV.

You have private and full access the apartment, and shared access to on-floor laundry, shared gym, and shared basketball.

There is a NOISE MONITORING system within the home to track decibel noise level. Please respect our neighbors and do not get too loud outside quiet hours :)

**FAQ**
Q: Is the neighborhood safe?
A: Very much so. 24 hours a day.

Q: Do I need to bring towels, a hair dryer, or linens?
A: Nope! we provide all these things. We also provide you and your guests with a starter pack of toilet papers

Q: When can I check in or check out?
A: Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Early check ins can be difficult if there are guests who checked out same day. We ask for an early check-in, or a late-check out fee, if you request either.

Q: Is the Gym shared?
A: Yes, it is shared so please be respectful of other tenants and guests using the space.

Q: Luggage Drop-Off / Storage?
A: If you do not have flights that coincide with our check-in and checkout times, you may store your bags with Radical Storage near our property. It allows you to store your bags for your optimal time :)

Q: Can I come and go as I please?
A: Yes. And we wouldn't trust any listing with which this isn't the case.

Q: What about parking?
A: We don’t recommend driving because we are so centrally located. You may find a lot or garage nearby for $18-30 / night. There are multiple garages or valet services within 2 blocks.

Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests?
A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a clean home for guests.

Q: What's my total booking price?
A: We honestly have no idea. With fees included, it only shows the guest how much they pay. This figure should be present after you enter your dates. Note that, pricing varies on a daily basis, and it actually uses some crazy algorithm to adjust it automatically, so I don't actually control this.

Q: Are the beds comfortable?
A: Very. Some guests say they're the best they've ever slept on!

This was one of the cleanest and best stocked rentals we have ever stayed in. The photos were accurate with the notable exception that there is a kitchen table that backs up to the couch in the kitchen that seats four. The building was very secure and in a safe neighborhood With easy access to a Trader Joe’s and several good casual places to eat. The location was close to buses, trains, and just a block away from Michigan Avenue/Grant Park. The views were great, however, we didn’t spend much time at the rental as we were out Traveling the city most of the day. The building had great soundproofing. The only suggestions I have to make it. A better experience would be to have a second set of keys available for the renters. With six adults coming and going sometimes at different hours, it made it difficult, even the option of leaving it with the front desk wasn’t great because someone has to leave the door unlocked in order to return the keys to the front desk. The owners were very responsive so I’m sure they’ll take care of the two minor maintenance issues that can be repaired -the main bathroom lock didn’t work and one of the secondary bedroom doors didn’t close easily. Other than that our stay was perfect for our needs (6 adults vacationing)and we would definitely stay again.
