Absolutely horrified with the experience I had with this host. First and foremost I want to start this off by saying, I had a good time, and the place is very spacious and is almost mostly like how it seems on the listing. However, there were many faults to this house as I mentioned to the host. The upstairs closet door was not properly placed or put on, and when I went to try to open it to place my belongings, it quite literally collapsed on top of me. Brought it up to the host and they tried to make it seem like it was an accident and that I broke it. Insane. I booked it for 9 guests, and all 9 of my guests had issues with ants / and spiders and one of my guests saw a white stain on her sheets as she was headed to bed. So the cleanliness, not all there. One of my guests put a hole in the wall with their carrier as we were leaving and we took full accountability for that and the host instead of communicating just had an email sent over to us with a bill for the repairs needed for the wall and other things that were not our fault. So dissapointed that they took advantage of that unfortunate situation to try and blame us for other things. When I brought it up they used incredibly unprofessional wording such as “stop the press” “move around” told me to come over and fix it. Absolutely insane. Oh also! Let’s not forget them boasting saying they gave us a great place for my “little money” HA! If you want a ghetto fabulous host this is definitely the place for you!
