Perfect location to explore the best of Downers Grove. This comfortable second floor apartment overlooks Fishel Park, location for popular events like the weekly summer concerts. The neat kitchen is supplied with dishes, silverware and a Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom has clean towels and robes. The 56" LCD tv in the living room is equipped with a Roku stick to access your streaming services. Step out to explore the historic downtown and enjoy its fine dining, trendy bars and boutique shops. Getting to Downtown Chicago is so easy from the Metra BNSF Downers Grove station, just a short walk and you can grab a coffee on the way. Clean and Cozy get away

The property was perfect for us! The entire apartment was clean and quiet and offered a fully stocked kitchen so that cooking meals "at home" was a breeze. The owner was very friendly and quick to respond. The area is beautiful with a two minute walk to Main Street which offers several food options and little shops. The Metra station is a 7 minute walk and the train will take you straight to Union Station downtown Chicago in less than 30 minutes. There were 6 of us staying (1 child, 3 teens and 2 adults) and we all agree that we would stay here again if we travel back this direction.

Wonderful 4-night stay!

This is a lovely rental property in Downers Grove, IL. This place was spotless, with spacious, clean, and bright rooms, and very comfortable beds that made our stay extra relaxing. The location was perfect, and the host was attentive and thoughtful, checking with us to ensure everything was just right. We would gladly stay here again!

Great spot in downtown downers grove. Plenty of food options within walking distance. 10min drive to FMC. Well stocked, clean, and comfortable. Will stay again if we are back in the area.

Very Convenient - Close to Everything

We booked a weekend to relax and visit. The address and parking was a little difficult to locate, but good once settled. The steps to the 2nd floor entrances are steep - pack light ;). The apartment interior was very nice - even better than pictured. Owner was on site - proactive communication- and very responsive to any questions. Walking distance to downtown was great perk.

Clean and comfortable in downtown Downers Grove

This is the upstairs unit in a two unit house just off of Main Street in Downers Grove. It was clean, comfortable and well located. Roughly 10 minutes to FMC in Westmont. I would stay there again.

Downers Grove visit

This little gem was the perfect place to stay in Downers Grove while visiting family. The location is convenient to restaurants, entertainment, and the train into Chicago. The apartment is in pristine condition and had everything that was needed. Definitely on the list for the next visit.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!

We had a great experience from pre-check in through check out. Our host was communicative, friendly, accommodating and we truly enjoyed our stay. The home itself was in a great location near restaurants, grocery stores and the space our event was being held. It was cozy, comfortable and met all of our needs. Hope to get the opportunity to stay there again!

Visiting with family who live close by

Perfect for a small family. It was spacious for the two of us. It was cozy and clean and very nicely updated. So convenient for exploring downtown Downers Grove. Happy to have discovered this place to stay.
