Airport shuttle coordination is bad. For pickup, landed in C gates. Called the hotel and was told to go to C2. Which I did - only to find out that this was meant to be “door”C2. Since I don’t know the airport, thought that maybe there was a transportation pickup near gate C2. Not great or clear directions. The day we checked out, thought of taking the shuttle to airports. Shuttle pulled up to the hotel at around 7:30am. We had some time, but not too much. Asked the driver if he was leaving soon, he said “no” and just walked into the hotel lobby. We had to call an Uber. In next 5 minutes he was loading people into the van. Pretty bad communication. On another note - was initially given a room at the back of the hotel facing the highway - super loud. Had to change rooms…. Finally, we were there for two nights. After the first night there was no service on the room - no fresh towels, no cleaning at all. Had to ask at the front desk and was told that cleaning is only every other day. Would have been nice to know that when we checked in. People at the front desk seemed nice, location was close to the airport - but otherwise nothing too good.
