✔️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues.

✔️ Follow the guidebook instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions.

✔️ All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place. Missing and/or damaged items may result in additional charges.

📌 While this unit have central heating, it does not have central air conditioning. Window AC is installed in the dining room and tower fans in the bedroom. Be on the look-out cause we`re adding AC units in our bedrooms soon!



📌 The washer and dryer are coin-operated located inside the building, and guests will need to bring their own quarters. Laundry detergent is provided in the unit for your convenience.



📌 We offer options for early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability. Please note, there is a fee for early check-in and late check-out.
