"The staff goes above and beyond. Our trip was to celebrate my son's birthday. Upon arrival he had a birthday cake and card waiting for him. This was an unexpected suprise that really added to the trip. On-site dining was great. Loved the location, we could walk anywhere. Some review I read stated that the hotel was showing its age. "Staff was amazing. Alex at the front desk made check-in easy and was helpful with information. Arturo at the door was always welcoming and helped with getting a taxi. Hotel room was large and very clean with an amazing view of the city. Very comfortable bed. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"This is an exceptional hotel. The rooms are clean. The service is impeccable, and the products!! The signature scent is to die for. It is now a part of my life. I had to buy a candle on the way out and have already visited the online store for body wash and lotion. Well done. There are a lot of choices in Chicago, but this is now my go to. Will definitely be back!"

"Such a great hotel, the staff was extremely friendly and it couldn’t have better views or a better location. Absolutely perfect and we will stay here again when we come back for New Years! I will say there is a $32 a day fee when you check out, which I wasn’t aware of so keep that in mind! Get the river view rooms, also! "
