"Everything was excellent! The room is really cozy and the staff would always provide amazing recommendations, the hotel is located near to a couple of tube lines and tons of restaurants as well of convenience stores. The amenities in the building were great too, we were able to wash and dry our clothes for less than 6 pounds."

"Die Unterkunft sieht genauso aus wie im Angeboten beschrieben. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Einzig eine Garderobe und ein Zahnputzbecher haben gefehlt. Aber die Jacken gingen direkt in den Schrank und eine Kaffeetasse wurde umfunktioniert. Dankeschön und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!!! "

"Although on pictures the room looked immaculate, in person this was not the case. The shower floor was dirty, the towels smelt really bad. The room didn’t feel clean, bed was really uncomfortable and woke up with white fluff all over my socks and pj’s. "The location can't be beat. We had some miscommunication about the check in time. We were told anytime after 3 and we had said we'd be there around 6. When we arrived at 5pm, the room was not yet cleaned. It was cleaned in a hurry, so I'm not sure how thoroughly it was cleaned. The room was fine but the beds were very lumpy. The laundry machine was not very clean. It was ok, not great. "

"Very clean room and amenities needed in the kitchen if you wanted a quick easy meal. Coffee was very nice touch with the cafeteria. It wasn't warm season but the AC was recommended so can close a window as close to the train line. Perfect location for Tower Bridge, Tower of London and the tube. Nice quirky neighbourhood. "This tidy apartment contained everything we needed for a week in London. The kitchen had all facilities for preparing meals. Had a microwave, kettle, and toaster. The washer/dryer was very useful. The bathroom had a shower and tub. The shower was great! Everything was clean and the staff were great!
