We have fitted fast Broadband, a fully fitted kitchen and stylish decor, to ensure whether it's business or leisure your Noki Stays is a pleasant one.

All Noki Stays Property is enhanced cleaned with fixed sanitising stations, spacious living areas and a fully equipped kitchen. Not only this, we offer a clean workspace and free Wi-Fi for your entire stay. So if your a key worker, Contractor or business traveller. We have the perfect environment for your stay with us.

All Noki Stays Property homes and apartments receive enhanced cleaning to our new COVID-19 safe standards and all have fixed sanitising stations for your safety.

Please note: This property is Pet Friendly. If you would like to bring your furry friend, please let us know at the time of booking. A security deposit of £100.00 will be required incase of any damage, enhanced cleaning etc. Once the cleaning team has been and inspected the property, and confirmed no damage, your deposit will be refunded.

9 of us stayed in this house, decent sized bedrooms, comfy bed. ? Water tank noisy overnight, louder in particular in front double bedroom leading to a disturbed sleep.Cleanliness on arrival was mostly good, some dog hairs on couch but could see it had been vacuumed.On arrival muddy puddle in left corner of garden but dried out quickly due to sunny weather, Garden small but does get the sun, all paved more like a yarden. Missing fence panel - not great if travelling with young children but was advised this is due to be fixed.

The property was suitable for our weekend break, had everything that was needed.The paintwork could do with a freshen up and was unable to use microwave as it was rusty, communication with host was very good

Better communication

The property itself was awesome. Being a 1st time VRBO user, I asked a question about payment that was never answered. VRBO stated that I would receive check in info about 3 days out. Rental manager stated I wouldn’t receive until 6 hours prior. At 3 hours until check in I had to reach out to them. And at that point, I was sent a link(which didn’t work) to register the guests. Things that could’ve been handled well in advance. Other than the pre check in hassle, everything was excellent.

Could be better

First impression was that the threshold at the front door was dirty. The whole house needs a deep clean. I felt pretty uncomfortable with the overall cleanliness. We had issues trying to get on to the Internet. Staff were quick to respond but not with the correct info. The style and decor of the house was lovely but cleanliness let it down We also had issues with the boiler, no hot water and a lack of towels. On a positive note we didnt let the issues spoil our family get together.together.togetherwthinfo.internet
