**The property will be prepared based on the number of guests included in the booking. E.g, where a property has two beds and is booked for four guests, it will be assumed that guests are sharing the existing beds unless a sofa bed is specifically requested in advance. Sofa bedding will only be provided when: the booking is for the maximum occupancy and use of the sofa bed has been requested in advance; or a prior request for separate sofa bed bedding has been made.
If a sofa bed or additional bedding is requested after check-in, a £30 call-out charge will apply. This charge must be paid via direct transfer.
➔ Comfort and Simplicity for a Pleasant Stay Fresh linen and towels are provided for your comfort. Please note that, as this is short-stay accommodation, we do not provide consumable items such as shower gels, shampoos, soaps, dishwasher tablets, or similar supplies. This is due to hygiene and chemical handling restrictions. We also do not provide any food items or condiments. This includes (but is not limited to) tea, coffee, sugar, salt, milk, sauces, oils, seasonings or any similar supplies. Preferences vary widely, and for consistency and hygiene these items are not provided. ➔ Check-In, Check-Out & Guest Portal Our standard check-in time is from 16:00 hrs, and check-out is by 10:00 hrs on the day of departure. Guests are provided access to their check-in details via our secure Guest Portal, which is sent directly prior to arrival. This portal contains all essential information required to access the property and complete the check-in process. The Guest Portal is the official check-in method and is also referenced in the Welcome Message sent before your stay. Guests must read this message carefully to gain access to the Guest Portal and ensure a smooth check-in experience.
➔ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Requests Requests for early check-in or late check-out fall outside of our standard times and must be made through the Guest Portal only. Such requests are subject to availability, are approved only once confirmed by our cleaning teams, and are confirmed only after payment has been made through the Guest Portal. Until confirmation is received, the standard times of check-in at 16:00 hrs and check-out at 10:00 hrs remain in effect.
➔ Property Standards All of our properties are maintained to a high standard. However, as with any regularly occupied accommodation, there may be minor signs of general wear and tear that naturally occur over time. These may include minor wear and tear — such as small marks or cosmetic imperfections —such wear is normal and acceptable and does not affect the quality, comfort, or safety of your stay.
➔ Communal CCTV Please note that some buildings or developments in which our properties are located may have communal CCTV installed in shared or public areas, such as entrances, hallways, or car parks.
