"Our stay here was exceptional, thanks to the that are exceptional at their jobs. We checked in Saturday evening and had tons of luggage, it was helpful and a relief to find a fleet of luggage carts right at the entrance. Then, we immediately had a quick and welcoming check in. "The room was extremely clean and the shower was amazing. King bed was comfortable and clean. I was on the first floor so I was concerned about noise, but I slept soundly and did not hear outside sounds until about 7 a.m. Several other hotels and restaurants nearby so it felt like a safe area. I would stay here again. My only complaint was that I was checking in around 9:30 pm, tired from driving for 3 hours, and had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. "Staff service was excellent and overall stay was positive. Kitchen sink didn’t drain well and bathroom smelled like sewer gas. Had to keep that door closed at all times and try to avoid breathing while in the restroom. We tried to tell front desk about the concerns at checkout and we were told to post it here instead."
