"I normally do not write bad reviews but BEWARE of this TRU. Not in the best area and you could tell that this property has not been maintained very well. We stay at TRU quite often but this one was by far the worst experience we have had. Walking into the room it had a musty smell and was not clean at all. The floor around the AC was buckled and The AC WAS very loud when it cut on so loud it would wake you up at night. The TV remote was missing so I had to get one from the front desk. When...

"Hotel requires a $100 deposit. I left a cash deposit of $100 that I was told I’d have returned at the end of my stay if nothing was damaged. I left the room with trash picked up, towels in a pile together and as good of condition as one should. Upon checkout, a maintenance person was asked to check my room. "The rooms were very large. The facility was clean and quiet with a lovely breakfast available included in the cost of your room. The pool was clean and enjoyed a lot by the children. The outside grounds are well maintained .The best part they allow pets for a $40.00 deposit unless they are service dogs then they are not allowed I would easily give this facility 5 stars!"
