"Everyone on staff was incredibly lovely. Couldn't ask for better customer service. Anthony (concierge) was delightful. They all really hold the place together. Convenient and lovely area. The rooms were a good size, clean. The only hiccup was the shower. It was terrible. But generally, all hotel showers have poor water pressure and random streams of water. But also, they hang the toiletries high up and on the shower wall so you have to be standing in the water to get any. Which is hard for kids...

The only main concern was a lot of noise from the street, the window didnt really seal all the way and you could hear everything. They do provide ear plugs and at least you couldnt hear people next to you."
