"It was a beautiful place! The host was very nice and friendly; she came out to help us with things we could have read in the info packet she’d emailed, but she didn’t display the least bit of annoyance. Instead, she conversed with us a bit about the property.

"The kitchen had a cigarette smell; perhaps the curtains had not been cleaned or changed. Sheets were clean, but the dishes and general cleanliness were not good. Location was okay. "

"Great stay. Thank you to Joy for her help and making such a great overnight stay for my fiancés 30th bday. Photos did not do the property justice it was so spacious including the ground floor balcony. We will be coming back and can’t wait. The food was great and so was the breakfast & pancakes!! The suites need more photos of the outside and the whole property could do with more signage it’s easy to get lost there are some signs but they’re not clear so we got lost a few times. If you’re...

"Unfortunately while this property is lovely the stay was very inconvenient and I wish I’d stayed in a hotel instead. Cos it’s not a hotel and therefore has no reception or left luggage facility I had to drag my bag around Bath for most of the weekend. Check in is at 3pm and, unlike a hotel, there was nowhere in the property to leave luggage. Check out was ludicrously early at 10am so I had to take my luggage with me then. "We had an excellent stay at Whitley Coach House in March. The property had everything we needed for three nights away to explore the area.
