Welcome to Lookout Loft! Experience the best of Chattanooga’s Southside in this modern 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome. Enjoy vibrant dining, shopping, and nightlife just steps away, plus easy access to the Riverwalk trail system for walking, running, and biking. Relax on one of two private decks with stunning sunset views of Lookout Mountain. This stylish retreat offers the perfect balance of downtown convenience and peaceful escape.

Welcome to this charming three-level townhome designed for your ultimate comfort. On the first floor, relax in the cozy living area with a smart TV (perfect for streaming your favorite shows) and a full bathroom. The sofa converts to a queen-size bed for extra guests.

The second floor features a fully stocked kitchen and a balcony where you can savor your morning coffee and sunrise. A washer and dryer are also conveniently located here.

On the top floor, you'll find a queen-size bed, another full bathroom, an additional TV, and a workspace ideal for remote work. Enjoy stunning mountain views from the top-floor balcony. Experience the best of Southside Chattanooga in this beautiful home—we look forward to hosting you!

Guests have access to the entire home. There is a locked supply closet on the bottom floor.

We ask that you please treat our home as you would your own.

-Absolutely NO smoking inside the home or on either of the balcony areas. If you do smoke please step outside of the first floor and do so away from the home and throw away any trash outside. Any evidence of smoke inside the home will result in termination of your reservation with no refund, and an immediate $500 charge plus the cost of remediation.

-No pets please. $150 fee if there is evidence of pets in the home.

We offer a 15-min grace period for late check-outs. After 15 mins, there will be automatic $50 charge for unapproved late check outs.

Lastly, while we have regular and excellent pest control, our climate can provide the conditions for an occasional bug sighting. If you do spot a bug we will send pest control back out as quickly as possible, but please note that we do not provide refunds based on this.

Really enjoyed this property. The living room, kitchen and bedroom all being on different floors did give a good workout. 35 steps from top to bottom! Kitchen was stocked with what we needed and the soaps being provided were appreciated. Good location close to downtown but a bit out of the traffic. Just to note: the trail to the bridge is closed until April 2026. That was a bit of a bummer but a 10 min drive and we were able to get street parking and walk across at another spot.

Wonderful stay

I brought my girls to Chattanooga for a long weekend with a softball tournament. We had a wonderful stay. The condo was located close to lots of restaurants and activities like Ruby Falls, the riverwalk, the aquarium, and downtown shopping. Would highly recommend this property!

Great place to enjoy and perfect location for seeing Chattanooga and being close to everything. We were very impressed with the easy check in, parking right at the front door. Everything was there from kitchen items, bathroom items, and great clean place on top of everything else. We are already planning another trip, the only problem is if we can't stay here when we come back up!

Amazing space and location!!

We’re from Chattanooga, but recently moved away, so from a local perspective, it’s hard to beat this location. The home was clean, well organized and stocked with essentials. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!!

Absolutely Stunning & Convenient

This is by far one of my most favorite properties I’ve ever stayed at! It was so clean, well kept, everything was so comfortable, and the location was beyond convenient to everything and easy to navigate. It had everything you needed and more. Loved the home so much! The manager communicated so well and I’m also impressed by the city. I’m excited to come back and work with her again! 10/10 recommend!
