Nothing but good things to say! The check in/check out process was easy, the buffet breakfast each morning was awesome, parking is simple, and the room was well cared for! They actually do housekeeping which is extremely appreciated. Overall fantastic experience!!

Holiday Inn Charlottesville-Univ Area by IHG
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Parking was plentiful and well lit. The hotel is located in a prime spot with lots of food and shopping options. The property is older and this is evident in the rooms, such as cracks and missing grout. The pool is not heated and ...

The breakfast bar was not satisfactory we order breakfast sandwich and they were cold and couldn’t eat them.

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Charlottesville
I requested to have by reservation be changed to one night ahead of the original date. To have done so my $130 a night room wash going to be penalized with $130 charge. I was not going to pay double for the room; therefore it set empty costing me $130. No I am not happy!
