Moxy Charlotte Downtown
"Two of the three elevators were out of order, so there was always aine and aong wait for the elevator. The check in desk was on the 13th floor instead of the ground floor. The rooms were not ready at check in time so everyone had to wait to go to their room."

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Charlotte - Ballantyne by IHG
"Unlike most of the hotels in Ballantyne area, this hotel withholds the whole cost of your room whereas all hotels in that area withhold approximately $50. On my bank statement, they charged $298.33 when the room was $148.31…twice the amount. Even though they said they would credit my account back ..."
