You CANNOT BEAT this location if you're looking to be close to uptown Charlotte, Southend neighborhood, and within a short distance to some of Charlotte's best restaurants, breweries, sports, and NASCAR. With a fine porcelain bathroom, stainless steel appliances, friendly neighborhood (Wesley Heights) you will feel just like home. House is equipped with all your traveling needs. Streaming services across all TVs and BIG ample space to work from home DESK provided. PET FRIENDLY. Travel nurses.

It is a beautifully furnished family DUPLEX home is a classic but very well-maintained home, with two stories, a family deck with an outdoor seating area, a garage, and a spacious side yard for your lovely pet. To enter the home we provide an Electronic lock so you have a keyless experience and easy in and out of the house. 5 minutes from Bank of America Stadium, easy access to 2-77 highway to go anywhere in town, perfectly located nearby all the restaurants, businesses, and entertainment of uptown charlotte and main business.

The home has hardwood floors throughout and features custom design elements that make this a one-of-a-kind space. The downstairs features a full kitchen with Keurig Brand Coffee Maker fully equipped to make your delicious coffee in the morning before going off to your next destination, well-maintained countertops, and stainless steel appliances including a microwave. The spacious living room features brand new furnishings, plenty of seating, and a large 4k SmartTV for all your entertainment needs. There is also a separate dining room downstairs, with an elegant banquet-style table with room enough for everyone up to 6. The half bath is located downstairs as well.

The upstairs portion houses all three bedrooms. Each bedroom is outfitted with a plush queen bed, closet and drawer space, and their own TV's for a late-night movie. Brand new clean linens are provided. The full bathroom is upstairs and features a bathtub/shower. The house has multiple areas outdoors for getting some fresh air - the sweeping back deck is the perfect blend of inside and out. The parking is in the back garage + driveway, so parking is included. There is a washer and dryer in the home.

All new lighting throughout the house and modern interior doors. The friendly neighborhood at one of the best locations in town to walk your pet, run, jog, or just take a breath in the beautiful summer.

House has smoking detectors as well as CO2 detectors so no need to worry about unwelcome gases.

- Pets are welcome for 40$ per stay.

Simple with good location to DT Charlotte

Location was great and owner was responsive, overall the stay was very simple with limited amenities in the unit. Fine options for a quick stay!

Suspicious Host

The house advertises for 10 people. We had 9. The host contacted us the day of our stay to make sure everything would be ok. When I mentioned we had 9, his whole demeanor changed. He became suspicious and wanted to know if we were planning a party. I responded , no. But his response was if you are planning on doing bad things, I will give you a refund right now. So we took the refund rather than deal with someone who was waiting for us to do something wrong. When we explained we were 9 women going wedding dress shopping, his attitude changed but it was too late. He did give us a full refund.

Loved the location and spacious rooms

Our son lives a few houses away so great location for thanksgiving get together. May want to bring laundry soap, pot holder, dish towels, only two washcloths for four people and cutting board. Easily fixable issues. Luckily we could borrow items from our son down the street. Would also recommend a hand rail for steep staircase.

Charming Duplex

Overall the property was good. The kitchen was lacking some cookware (skillet), the ice maker wasn't working, and the AC was locked at a temperature that was a little too hot. Even though the house says it can sleep 10 people, there are only three queen size beds and no other available bedding. There was wet laundry that was left in the washer and dryer during our stay. Despite all these little issues, we enjoyed our stay and would most likely book this property again.

Comfy and convenient but a lot missing

The property itself was nice and tidy. Rooms were very comfortable and beds were great. The kitchen was not fully stocked, did not have a functioning ice maker, and there were no towels or dish rags. Overall it was fine.

Girl Trip

Everything was expected of the property. It was clean, a lot of space and in a very nice area close to everything. Will definitely book again.
