  • Why settle for less when you can vacation in a large ranch home in heart of everything? This spacious ranch has 3 Bdr/2.5 Ba.This one story home is located 5 miles from downtown Charleston and 3 miles from Isle of Palms and Sullivan’s Island too. Amenities include a pond in the backyard, 2 Smart TVs, Roku, Netflix, fireplace, wifi, grill and cable. There's an arcade game in the den for nostalgic fun with Pac-Man and Galaga!

    The large den is the perfect hang out with a large smart TV and comfy couches for a relaxed lounge. The den has french doors and beautiful hardwood flooring. A full-sized pull out bed is also available for the den to convert that room into a bonus room.

    The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, large walk-in closets, its own bathroom suite that has his and her sinks, Sky Lights or ceiling windows and a garden tub. One guest room has two twin beds and a trundle bed to sleep up to three people. Children love the trundle bed! Another guest room has a cozy queen. There’s a Jack and Jill bathroom between the guest rooms.

    Renters must be age 25 and older.

The place was spacious and clean with a wonderful backyard that overlooks a pond that is teaming with wildlife. Not far from Charleston and historical plantations, forts and even a tea plantation.

This property was very clean and in a great location. The backyard was very peaceful facing the pond, and 2 large living spaces inside the house offer plenty of room for everyone. The house had everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Location is a quick drive to downtown CHS and to Shem Creek, Isle of Palms, and Sullivan’s Island. Would highly recommend this property!

The host is very friendly and cooperative. The place needs some TLC, though. The frying pans need replaced; the dishwasher did not clean the dishes; there were small bags of snacks provided, but they expired in 2024. The beds are not especially comfortable.

I have stayed in this house twice as it is in a quiet and very nice neighborhood and convenient to everything in the Charleston/Mount Pleasant area. Will was very responsive and pleasant! Will stay here again!

Great stay in Mount Pleasant

Traveled to Mount Pleasant to celebrate our grandaughters high school graduation. The property was great, and included everything we needed for our stay! Very close to shopping, resturants and a vhort drive to Isle of Palms beaches! The pergola overlooking the pond fountain (lighted at night) made a nice place to relax!

Wedding stay

We had a nice stay and the home was perfect for our needs while in town for a wedding! The kitchen and dining table provided plenty of room for us to cook and dine and the beds were comfortable. The home was nice and clean when we arrived. The neighborhood was great for evening walks with a nearby playground for the kids. Overall a great stay!

Wonderful home

This home is perfect, clean, and great location with a calm atmosphere and neighborhood. The host was so easy to work with. A few more chairs on the patio so we all could enjoy the great view would be the only suggestion. Loved the nostalgic PacMan too. Would definitely recommend this home & host !

Perfect for Shipyard baseball

We stayed here for a weeklong baseball tournament at Shipyard park. It was a great location between the fields and the beaches/entertainment. Close to restaurants and tourist areas. Highly recommend. House has a ton of room. AC works great. Fenced in backyard perfect for the dog.

Great location and place!

The location was perfect for our trip, literally a mile from the two locations we had to go to. The house was nicely appointed as well. The owners were very thoughtful with extra touches and supplies. We enjoyed the porch and lake view in the back. Definitely would recommend.

Perfect Base Camp

We really enjoyed our stay. The space was more than enough for our family of 4 and a set of grandparents! We were in Charleston more than the house but it was a perfect landing space for the evenings, to do a quick load of laundry and get a restful night’s sleep. The owners were very responsive and accommodating to a couple of questions I had and we would love to come back! The Pac-Man arcade game was a hit with everyone too!

Excellent and responsive communication with owner. There were some differences from pictures to actual & some areas of property need some upkeep but nothing that interfered with our stay. Thanks for sharing your home.

Great.

Great location, easy access to a number of the tourist adventures we were interest in, and quick trip into downtown Charleston. If only we could figure out the TV system, but perhaps our lack of technical skills had a part in that. The owner was very nice to deal with. This house would be great for families.
