This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

My daughter and I enjoyed our time in Charleston. The house was very clean upon arrival but has some issues that should be addressed. One of the showers leaks out all over the floor, the faucet in the kitchen stays in spray mode and makes an awful noise.The couch in the living room is different than the picture and not very comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and the decor was nice. It's nextdoor to a dilapidated building so there is no view out the side windows. It's a cute place, it just needs some attention.

Hard to describe just how perfect this rental is. Three very comfortable updated bedrooms, 3 small but efficient bathrooms. Great location. Very walkable to restaurants, shops and the local tour buses. They even include coffee! Much appreciated.

We had a great time.

The property layout was perfect for us. We were one couple and two adults. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom while the common area was great for breakfast and for hanging out after dinner in the evening. Property was clean and up to date. There were a few extras, like sound machines in each bedroom. It was a fabulous experience for us.

The location is close to all the things we wanted to do in historic district while in Charleston. It is very clean and the beds are comfortable. We needed to ask the manager a few questions on our arrival and she was prompt and helpful. We recommend this property.

Very Nice Property

We had a great stay. Very comfortable beds and very nice accommodations. The only thing that I didn’t know was that the house rental was an upper lower separate rentals. We had the lower level and we could hear every step taken upstairs. Nothing that earplugs couldn’t fix. Charleston is fabulous and location is great. Quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful and convenient to walk

We really enjoyed the location and we did not have to street park. The area felt very safe and we really enjoyed walking to shops and food day or night. Saturday was a bit loud outside with the upper deck homes on the corner but it is a college town and Mardi Gras season. The loudness stopped at a reasonable time. I would suggest adding some cleaning sprays as a mother that likes to quickly clean off counters. Beds and pillows were super comfy and the amount of space was much more than we expected. You could comfortably have 3 couples stay here or parents with 4 kids.

This house was perfect for a girlfriend trip.The location is close to shopping, museums, restaurants, and nightlife. It was also fun exploring the neighborhood and finding the hidden gems. We walked everywhere. Everything was perfect.
