The Space:

This rental is for two units in one home, one downstairs unit and one upstairs unit. This listing is for BOTH the upstairs and downstairs rented out together.



There are a total of six bedrooms and six bathrooms (three upstairs, three downstairs). There is a large living area in each unit, and kitchen in each unit.



Each kitchen includes a full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, range, dishwasher, dinnerware, pots & pans, and basic cooks tools. There is a bar with barstools for dining space but no formal dining area.



The rental has a large porch on both floors.



The City of Charleston limits occupancy of each of these units to no more than 4 unrelated people per unit, or a family of any size, and limits areas available for sleeping to bedrooms. We limit family occupancy to no more than 8 people per unit, for a total maximum family limit of 16 people for both units combined. Please respect the City of Charleston rules, and please respect our limit on family size.



Guest Access:

This is a private home comprising two units (one upstairs, one downstairs), guests will have access to the entire home.



The Neighborhood:

The property is located in the Cannonborough Elliotborough neighborhood of Downtown Charleston, which is considered the most upcoming area on the peninsula. The neighborhood is perfect for a couple or a group who is looking to fully embrace Charleston's unique charm. MUSC is located in the Cannonborough Elliotborough Neighborhood. Step right outside your door and find a wonderfully curated mix of shops, bars, bakeries, and dining. We recommend grabbing a coffee at Island Provisions before exploring King Street, Charleston's ultimate epicenter of shops and restaurants, which is just four short blocks from the property. Our guests have a wide selection of walkable dinner options, some of our favorites include Chez Nous, Chubby Fish, Bistronomy by Nico, and Vern's. Come experience all that our beautiful city has to offer!



Getting Around:

Most everything is within walking distance. If guests do have a car, we provide six (6) off-street parking spaces. Uber & Lyft are readily available.



Other Things to Note:

-Streaming device provided as opposed to standard cable

-Check in is at 4 PM, Check out is at 11 AM. Please consider these times when booking travel as we can not guarantee early check in's or late check out's.

-Pets are not allowed.

-Parties are not allowed. An immediate eviction will result from this rule being violated.

-The pool is part of 118B and the gate code for the pool area is the same as the door code for 118B.
