Cozy Townhouse in heart of West Ashley

This recently renovated townhouse is located in the heart of West Ashley amidst a nice quiet neighborhood.
As you enter you will find a living room with a gorgeous fireplace, smart TV, and a cozy couch. A full kitchen, washer/dryer, backyard, and parking for 2 are there for your convenience.
You are conveniently located to Downtown, Tanger Outlets, Airport, Historic District, and Folly Beach. Guest access
There are 2 beds (each one can fit 2 people) and super comfy sofa (can fit 2 people as well).
The neighborhood is quiet and has several supermarkets nearby.
There is plenty of on-street parking and 2 spots on the property.
Pets are allowed.
We do require:
- pet fee: just indicated that you will bring the pet with you, while doing a booking and fee will be added to you total;
- please lay blanket if pets get on furniture;
- if your dog sheds like crazy, please give a courtesy sweep;
- please scoop the poop;
- inform us of size/quantity;
-please respect noise levels;

IMPORTANT: This listing is pet friendly so IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES TO ANIMALS, please message us before booking to ascertain if that will be a problem. While I won't be available in person, I am just a short phone call/text message away. Please reach out if you need something, I would be happy to assist! Do not hesitate to ask breakfast/lunch/dinner recommendation! We do have ringdorbell camera and 2 cameras on backyard. It is only for your safety. There is plenty of parking outside of the townhouse, you can easily fit 3 vehicles. Uber or Lyft are available should you choose to leave the car parked.

The house was absolutely spotless with several extras like snacks and water provided by the host. The kitchen is very well equipped and it was wonderful to have the fenced in back yard for the convenience of our dog. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and the location was convenient to Charleston.

The name says it all.

The name says it all. It’s a cozy town house. Nicely placed far enough outside of Charleston to be quiet but close enough to get everywhere you need to go. This was my first booking with VRBO and everything was great. Very pleased.

Perfect!

This Cozy Townhouse is all it was advertised to be! Plenty of space and amenities including a fenced yard for the dog! Victoria is wonderful & communicated with us regularly. She was flexible when we needed to arrive late which we really appreciated. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area!

Home away from home

A colleague and I stayed here before attending a work conference. The townhouse has everything one will need while away from home. Victoria was wonderful to work with and gave us some great recommendations. I highly recommend staying here! local suggestions!

Cozy Retreat

Very clean property with all the little extra touches you would like. We were very comfy and had no problem commuting to various activities. The neighborhood is a bit sketch, but it was super quiet and the people very nice. We would stay again for sure.

Great communication with hostess. Very clean, quiet neighborhood. Mattresses were very comfortable. Met our needs well

We were in town for a baseball tournament and this listing matched our needs for a reasonably priced alternative to a hotel. The host was exceptionally great at fast communications and flexibility with adding an additional day. 5 stars for that most definitely! The place is about a 1/2 hr to an hour (depending on traffic and crowds) to the beaches or into downtown Charleston. But super close to grocery stores and some local restaurant options. Very nice to have a place with on site parking but the neighborhood itself was a bit rough. Grass overgrown everywhere and some interesting people milling around. The townhouse was ok. The highlight was by far the super comfy beds.

Short getaway

At first I thought this property was further away from downtown Charleston (approx 15 min drive) than I would have liked. But as it turned out - it was really relaxing and a relief to getaway from the crowds and bustle from all the tourists. Close to shopping and other stores, in a nice relaxing neighborhood.
