"Easy communication with the office "

"This was my first time here. We were visiting from Tennessee. The cabins were clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was super easy and quick. The pools are nice, big and clean. There are plenty of activities to do at no extra cost. It was nice to have dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels provided in the cabin. We definitely are coming back for a longer stay! "

"Beautiful home! Fully equipped for a getaway. Really helpful items at the house for young kids - crib, baby gates, plates, cups and utensils. Bring extra paper towels and toilet paper. The team is very responsive and overall a wonderful stay. Highly recommend! "

"Great location with beautiful views and gorgeous sunsets! Large, clean, spacious home, we did not even use parts of the home it was so large. We spent most of our time on top tier of the boat house soaking up the sun and lake as much as possible. Kitchen was gorgeous and very well stocked, with so many cool upgrades that us girls now want in our own homes We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this home for a peaceful, relaxing getaway. "

"It was perfect for our family. Plenty of things to do and plenty of places to sleep. Great communication with the property manager. We had an enjoy stay and made lots of family memories. "

"We had a nice weekend away at this property: plenty of space for our family of four + our dog. Everything was clean and the kitchen was stocked for cooking and dining. Cozy space for a long weekend. Only negative was that the hot tub wasn’t working and we weren’t told before arriving that it hadn’t been working for several weeks. Also, be aware that the steps to and from the lake are steep and are not accessible for someone who has trouble walking. The water can be accessed though by driving...

"The home is older, but well kept. It was pretty clean with the exception of some dead bugs in the laundry area room and some corners, and a few cob webs, but it is a lake house, so both of these things are kind of expected. Grass was a little overgrown to walk through, but the views made up for that too. House was very well equiped with games, Kitchen well stocked with everything needed for meal prep, pretty much all standard items needed for a stay were provided. My really only complaint was...

"Rented the house for a short vacation over Easter weekend. Great spot for fishing off the pier and taking in peace and quiet. "

"We had a wonderful time at the Lake. We were in an excellent location and Martin was very accommodating for our dogs. The fenced in yard was a big bonus. We lost air conditioning briefly but that issue was resolved quickly. We definitely plan to come back to Lake Anna. Thank you"

"We had a wonderful stay with three generations of our family. Check-in was easy, house was very clean, the kitchen was fully furnished, the grass was mowed and there were lots of games for all ages to play. The lake house was perfect. Everything was just as advertised and as shown in the photos."

"Nice property. Lake area was excellent for swimming and boating. Nice deep dock, beach walk in area and swimming area were great. House was clean and nicely maintained. "

"The inside of the property is fairly nice and defintley adequate for a nice getaway. However, the outside of the home needs some work. It's not falling apart, but could use cleaning, painting and a few touchups/repairs in some areas. The decks are dirty and could easily be cleaned. The house's hardie siding is faded and dirty and needs painting. The gutters need cleaning and painting and areas of the roof need to be cleaned off. I noticed these areas because I am a contractor. "Overall wonderful trip. Everything we needed was available and comfortable. Only thing to make clear is this is someone’s house more than it is a rental. Did not change my overall experience but it does feel odd. Lots of things need to go away like the two old boats. Lots of old accumulated furniture. We loved our stay but it is not set up as a rental as much as using someone’s house for a few days. Other than that I am well rested and had a great time."
