I had stupidly left 2 spoons in my room that had been cleared away by housekeeping but they managed to locate them next day!! That’s going the extra mile. The garden wing building isn’t the prettiest but the rooms are refurbed and the grounds of the hotel are nice. Changing rooms are small but for the price it’s a great deal. "
