Chalet of 250 m2 for 10 people in the residential area of ​​PRAZ-Chamonix with terrace of 100 m2, without vis-à-vis, equipped with a Jacuzzi overlooking the Golf and offering an exceptional panorama on the entire chain of Mont Blanc. Terrace fully equipped table, sun loungers, parasol, barbecue ... Chamonix Les Praz - 3 min walk from the cable car Flégère.
Arranged on 3 levels, this very bright and comfortable chalet enjoys a position allowing you to combine the activities of skiing, golf, hiking, mountaineering, mountain biking, ... without using any means of transport.

Consists of an entrance hall with plenty of storage space, a laundry room, a large wellness area (3-seater sauna, 6/8 people, shower room and relaxation chairs), and 2 bedrooms with 2 convertible single beds. in double bed (180 * 200 cm) and their bathroom / shower and WC.
Upstairs, the large modern fully equipped kitchen opens onto the dining room (table of 12 guests) and the huge terrace, the large windows of the cottage allow you to enjoy the incredible panorama by taking your lunches inside this one and the living room with big chimney, space Tv (Hi-Fi, Wi-Fi, cabinet Boose deported) and office equipped with a printer Wi-Fi.
A bedroom with double bed (140 * 200 cm) and en suite shower room, WC with washbasin, and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90 * 200) and its dedicated shower room.
On the top floor, the mezzanine of 25m² has 2 single beds convertible into a double bed (180 * 200 cm), a whirlpool bath, a shower room and WC.
Covered parking for 3 cars.
At your arrival, fangs are at your disposal, the beds will be prepared at your convenience, bathroom linen and welcome products at your disposal (bathrobes, towels, soap, shampoo ...) and cleaning done at the end of your stay.

Impressive Chalet with Incredible Balcony and Mountain Views

I stayed here with 4 friends in March of 2025 and we had a wonderful stay. The chalet was a short walk from the Flegere gondola and bus stop to access downtown Chamonix. The unit was very clean and quiet. The chalet appeared to be recently remodeled as the kitchen and bathrooms were quite nice. The beds were comfortable. The outdoor balcony with hot tub was absolutely massive and offered incredible views. The property manager, Donatella, reached out multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed. We would all highly recommend.

Amazing property!

Great location; accurate description and photos. The property had everything we needed, including Crocs for "house shoes". The property was clean, including the hot tub. Views were spectacular. Walked to local market every morning for fresh pastries; then able to walk on a beautiful path along the river to dine in Chamonix.Donatella welcomed us upon our arrival, and did grocery shopping before we arrived-great selection for breakfast foods, and a hot meal with wine when we arrived that evening. We very much appreciated Christian's thoughtful gifts of fresh pastries and bread, as well as a tasty cake midway through our stay. My daughter and her family were a blown away with the entire experience. Five days of skiing on fresh snow!

great times!

Stayed at Christian’s chalet with a group of friends to ski for a few days, nothing short of a great experience! The chalet was absolutely beautiful. The hot tub and sauna is a nice addition after a day of winter activities! Donatella, the house manager, she was amazing, very communicative and had great suggestions for first timer visitors to Chamonix. We hope to be back soon!

Simply magical

We loved every minute at this beautiful chalet! They had every detail covered, including a wonderful warm welcome from property manager, Donatella with champagne and lovely jams. The house was perfect! We want to go back!

Three Amazing Months in Chamonix!

We arrived in the beginning of January to this beautiful VRBO it is perfectly situated on the quiet side of town and minutes away from two ski lifts, or ski to Les Flegere’ if there is snow in lower altitudes. A short drive or bus ride down the road brings you into the beautiful downtown village of Chamonix. The house had everything we needed, from the kitchen to the hot tub and sauna we loved the house! Four of us stayed in the house for three months January-March and during that time we had the room to entertain multiple family members that came to visit. I find it important to note that it is a short drive to Geneva about an hour and then only a 30 minute drive to Italy! Would definitely recommend this house! We had such an amazing stay ❤️ Elisa and Sebastian are attentive and gracious. Would recommend this chalet to anyone.

Vue imprenable sur le massif du mont blanc

Le chalet est encore plus beau et spacieux que sur les photos. Parfait pour un séjour en famille ou avec des amis on n’est pas les uns sur les autres et on peut s’isoler. La cuisine est très bien équipée pour préparer tous les petits plats souhaités.

Perfect holiday for a family/group 8 to 10

The chalet is fantastic and we had a wonderful week with 8 adults and a little child. Plenty of space and a wonderful view at the mountains including the Aigille du Midi. The chalet and environment was exactly what was described on the website.

You won’t be disappointed!

I stayed with my family of 5 and the house was perfect. Kitchen had everything you could need. House was perfectly located with a trail straight out the back that led to the trail network. Golf course was fun to play, and the restaurants within walking distance were fun! Definitely coming back and will stay again. Elisa was an excellent property manager and was quick to respond and offer suggestions.

A concierge level stay in Chamonix

Staying in this lovely large home with our family was just ideal. Everything you could ask for is within your reach in this quieter area of Chamonix. Easy walk to the bus stop from which you can access everything Cham has to offer. The owner, Christian and his property manager Elisa are excellent communicators, and beyond helpful with any little bit of help or information you might require. They are this properties secret weapon ! We all loved our stay here and already looking forward to our return .

Lovely chalet!

Excellent check in with Elisa and great communication from the owner Christian. The chalet was spotless and very clean. The views are amazing (the photos don't do it justice), and sitting in the hot tub was an amazing experience. The chalet is a short walk from the Les Praz train station and Flegere lift so very well located. I didn't give the chalet five stars as one of the bedrooms was a mezzanine so it was open to the living room and two bedrooms on the main living floor didn't have their own en-suite toilets. A great stay though and would highly recommend

Fabulous chalet

The beautiful, spacious chalet had all the amenities one could want for a visit to the chamonix area including proximity to everything (chamonix town, hiking trails, biking, mountains, lifts, etc) plus all the amenities within the house like laundry, hot tub and sauna plus a lot of bathrooms. Our visit was in the summer and we enjoyed a beautiful walk along the river to get into chamonix town. les Praz is just a short walk down the hill. The views of mont blanc and all the massifs from the chalet are incredibly stunning as the whole front of the chalet is windows and you get an unobstructed view. Our hosts welcomed us with wine and champagne and we ended our stay with a delicious fruit tart dropped off for us. It was a perfect stay and we very highly recommend without hesitation!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Très belles prestations du chalet en tout point conformes aux descriptions. Situation idéale au calme mais proche de toutes commodités. Un séjour de rêve

Tout a été impeccable: la position, le confort, la propreté. Prendre un verre de champagne dans la jacuzzi en regardant le Mont Blanc est une expérience magique... Christian et Ameline ont été très gentils et disponible tout au long du séjour. Nous conseillons vivement ce chalet: une des nos meilleures vacances en absolu!

Chalet magnifique avec superbe vue

Notre séjour dans ce Chalet nous laissera vraiment un très bon souvenir. Situé au calme avec une vue magnifique, nous avons également apprécié le Spa ainsi que le Sauna en revenant du ski. Le propriétaire n'est pas avare en conseils tant en terme de domaines skiables que des restaurants à essayer. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut à proximité. Le chalet est très fonctionnel et on s'y sent tout de suite bien. En été ça doit être sympa aussi car la terrasse est immense . Encore merci pour l'accueil.

Vacances inoubliables

Le chalet est exceptionnel, nous y avons passé une excellente semaine. Très bien équipé, la gérante est au petit soin pour que l'on passe un très bon séjour. Le jacuzzi sur la terrasse avec la vue panoramique sur les montagnes vous fait complètement déconnecter. Comptez 10 à 15 minutes à pied pour rejoindre la télécabine quand vous êtes équipés avec les skis sur le dos.

Joululoma Chamonix´ssa

Vietimme jouluviikon yhdeksän hengen porukalla tässä upeassa chalessa. Maisemat ikkunoista ovat huikaisevan kauniit, chalen tilat vaalean avarat ja tyylikkäät. Keittiöstä löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen ja paljon enemmänkin yhdeksänhenkisen ryhmän ruokailuun. Matkaa Chamonix´n keskustaan on noin kaksi kilometriä ja sinne vie hyvä, joenrantaa myötäilevä, kävelytie. Bussiyhteydet keskustaan ja laskettelurinteisiin ovat myöskin hyvät. Bussikortit kuuluivat chalen vuokraan. Palvelu toimi muutoinkin erinomaisesti aina chalen vuokrauksesta poislähtöömme asti. Erityiskiitos Olivierille! Lämpimät suositukset tästä kohteesta!
