"チェックイン時に鍵の持ち出し方や施錠された玄関の解除方法などをデモンストレーションしてくださり、とても分かりやすかったです。また頼んだ訳でもなく、キャリーケースを部屋まで運んでいただき助かりました。3つ星ホテルでここまで親切にしていただいたのはここが初めてです。 またツェルマットに訪れた際はここに泊まりたいと思います。"

"新しくとても綺麗なホテルでした。 到着した日は夜遅かったのですが、翌朝は山が部屋からも見えて、周辺を散歩しました。 ウェルカムドリンクのサービスがあり、ラウンジでビールを頂きました。スイスのビールが美味しかったです。 お部屋は洗練されていて、スリッパがついていたのが良かったです。記念に持って帰りました。1泊だけでしたが、また訪れたら利用したいと思います。 笑顔で接してくれたスタッフの方々ありがとうございました。"

"Stayed 3 nights with a friend. The hotel is beautiful with lots of great amenities. Although there was no AC, I found the room comfortable with the Dyson fan provided and window open in the evening. Breakfast had a great selection. Always started the day fueled. the afternoon coffee, tea, cookies ..."
