"Good but not what I expected. I thought this was in the wilderness but it's right in the middle of town. Didn't get the outdoors feel. Pool was freezing too cold to use and jacuzzi was extremely hot to enjoy. First cabin ac was broken, staff was accommodating and moved us to a new cabin with bad smell. Game room half the games are broken. Complimentary smores are stale and no sticks to use. Everyone is so nice!"

"Our stay at Sierra House was great. We were visiting over the July 4th holiday and stayed in their new buildings. The forest view was stunning from the top floor and the rooms were brand new, clean and very tastefully decorated.
