Shout out to Andrew, Kennedy and Joy who really went above and beyond to be extra helpful and made our first visit to Mammoth unforgettable. 3 of the most helpful people I’ve ever met. We celebrated our 15th anniversary and when we asked for a late checkout, they offered us an extra hour! "Great location, #6 had a nice sized bedroom and the kitchen was super convenient. Average sized refrigerator too. "

"Location is great. Our room was large, but a bit dated. The TV was not working on our 1st night and someone came, late at night, to fix it which was appreciated. Despite a 10pm hot tub quiet time, people were still in it long after that. Since our room was right next to the hot tub, it was loud."

"Other than my shower dripping, that's the closest thing to a complaint I can think of for this property. It wasn't necessarily a problem for me.But I think it's probably a problem that they're battling with overall. I think for people who were super picky and upity.You would say that this place needs an upgrade, but for me it was totally fine, albeit prices are elevated just because of the area that it's in. Say what you will, but I skied 45 days straight and I went out for dinner every night...

"Nice common spaces but the hotel rooms are rather meh. Not a lot of thought went into designing the rooms - lack of plugs (bring an extension cord and power strip), spotty wifi, coffee but no coffee maker, a rather lackluster front desk staff. Not a lot of navigable space in the room, so don't even think about 4 people and all of your ski gear. Not going to happen."
