Air conditioned with free wifi, well equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and bath, tv in each room, towels/ linen provided with a complimentary bottle of local wine. Large picturesque rear yard with bbq, fire pit area and shaded outdoor area with furniture. On-site parking available in a quiet cul-de-sac.

We loved this stay! David and Suzie were awesome hosts. The cottage was so lovely and homely! Replied straight away, easy to contact. So accommodating trying to get us in early and was a treat to have wine and chocolate waiting for us! Gorgeous garden for a morning coffee after a wine tour! Everything you could need in the apartment, especially aircon on 42 degree weather!! All the decor and trinkets around the house were so sweet. Cant wait to stay again!

"Joy" cottage: a cozy and welcoming stay.

We had a great time at "Joy" cottage. The cottage was comfortable and inviting - it was like being in your own home. Our little one enjoyed exploring around the lush back yard and garden. We are happy to recommend this stay!

Perfect location for our needs!

This charming cottage was great value for the dollar and so close to the wineries in Hunter Valley. The location was peaceful and quiet during our "down" time. The home was well equipped with everything that we needed.Thanks!

A week of joy at Joy Cottage

Thanks for having us Susie and Dave A week spent golfing in the Hunter with my son was made even more joyful staying at Joy Cottage, everything clearly labeled and in it’s place making life easy for a couple of blokes bachelor padding it for a week. Thanks again Neil and Ben from Perth.

Cozy, Charming, Lovely

We were charmed by this cottage the moment we arrived. We hoped to stay somewhere that was clean, comfortable and well appointed to make a meal, take a shower and have a restful sleep and this cottage was all that and more. We were very happy with this booking.

WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY

Myself and two friends stayed in this beautiful property. Everything we needed was catered for. All the cupboards were labelled which was such a help to find everything we wanted. Very clean tidy and lovely decore. The wine, chocolates and sign welcoming us was great. The outside was huge and the seating was wonderful. The only thing I wanted to let you know so you can get the property manager to fix, there were wasps under the table just outside the door, but we sat around the fire pit on the chairs and had our lovely wine and biscuits. Thank you very much for a wonderful night we will certainly recommend to anyone who is going to visit the lights and the vineyards.

Great place to stay

Joy Cottage, was a wonderful place to relax and unwind. The owners have thought of everything you might possibly need during your stay and provided it for you. The cottage is cosy and comfortable and has been stylishly renovated and decorated. My only regret was not being able to spend more time at the cottage instead of leaving for the day for our sporting commitments, however it was a fantastic coming back at the end of the day to a place that felt like home.

We had a wonderful stay at Joy Cottage :) The house has been beautifully styled and the outdoor area is extremely spacious. The chocolates and wine when we arrived made us feel very welcomed. Dave and Susie were always easy to contact and were a pleasure to communicate with. The home is in a good location to visit the Hunter Valley vineyards. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay at Joy Cottage

Joy Cottage is a really great cottage, beautifully clean, very well presented and laid out. Everything you will need is provided with a great style, they’ve put a lot of thought and effort into making sure you’ll have a great stay. The garden was such a bonus too. Would highly recommend this for both friend and family groups.
