"We couldn't locate the login email when we arrived and it took another two days to get the online check in platform to actually work. So we were forced to pay for two nights at a hotel on top of the four nights we had already paid for. "Garden View is a lovely immaculate apartment with great outdoor space. Situated a short walk to restaurants, and ferry. The down side for us flying into Milan from Scotland on an evening flight was having to find and get to the property management office in Como within a certain time to pick up the keys before going further on to property in Cernobbio. Fine if you had a car but we didn’t. Would be easier if there was a key box situated at the property. That being said we would definitely stay...

"Very spacious apartment in a great location. Cernobbio is a wonderful base on Lake Como with easy access to ferries to other locations on the lake. Only issue we had is that the underground parking offered is only suitable for a small car and we could not get our large car into it. That said there was paid parking right outside the apartment."

"The apartment was exactly as described. The entire space was immaculate! The kitchen was very well appointed and the bathrooms were spotless. Parking was convenient in a nearby lot and/or in a dedicated garage space. Check in was easy and completely as described in emails. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend!!!"

"Wir waren 2 Wochen zum Arbeiten dort und es war eine Zumutung! Die Ausstattung war lieblos: stumpfe Messer in der Küche, klapprige Stühle kurz vor dem Zusammenbrechen auf dem Balkon, keine Weingläser und das in Italien, uvm. Das schlimmste war jedoch, dass die Wohnung entgegen der angegebenen Ausstattung keine Klimaanlage hatte! Das war bei 36 Grad Außentemperatur ab mittags zum arbeiten unzumutbar.
