"This property is simply amazing. The views are breathtaking. Each level is its own apartment so everyone had their privacy. Nico and Jennifer were very responsive and helpful during our stay. If you are bringing your own car, the smaller the better for the narrow Italian roads.Highly recommend!"

"Although it’s quite a drive up on the steep hill ( watch out with bigger cars) and the entrance to the apartment is a bit challenging, once you are inside the view is so impressive that this is immediately forgotten. Also the apartment is spotless and I veru much appreciated that all basics were present - no need to go shopping immediately for toilet paper/oil-vinegar e.g - and the nice bottle of Prosecco waiting for is in the fridge!"

"No blankets for upstairs bed. Could not open sofa bed. Fans in living room area did not work. Had to piece together a fan from bedroom to use. Road to apartment very narrow and was not given this information. "

"We couldn't locate the login email when we arrived and it took another two days to get the online check in platform to actually work. So we were forced to pay for two nights at a hotel on top of the four nights we had already paid for. And it took a number of days for Joivy to get back to us via email but the telephone number didn't connect properly."

"We did not enjoy the flat at all. There isn't a fully separate room, instead the living area is separated from the bedroom by a wall that doesn't meet the ceiling so no privacy. The boiler came on every couple of hours or so, I guess it was a on water pre-heat or something? The sofa bed was pretty bad, creaky and uncomfortable and I only laid there for a few minutes. "This is an outstanding location directly across from Villa Erba, where we attended a wedding. The apartment was perfect for my family of 4. We enjoyed walking to town and along the lake park. A day or two before we were set to arrive, we received a message directing us to an online site where we were asked to enter all the information on each person in our group and upload images of all passports etc., and then to also have a video call to confirm our identities before we would be given access...

"Garden View is a lovely immaculate apartment with great outdoor space. Situated a short walk to restaurants, and ferry. The down side for us flying into Milan from Scotland on an evening flight was having to find and get to the property management office in Como within a certain time to pick up the keys before going further on to property in Cernobbio. Fine if you had a car but we didn’t. Would be easier if there was a key box situated at the property. That being said we would definitely stay...

"The house is incredible and you truly can’t beat the view! We had a splendid stay at the Toldino house. We may have underestimated the ease of getting into town, mostly because it rained some of our stay so the walk was not as enjoyable. However, if you hire a private driver there is no worries. The taxi service was slightly more difficult to arrange. The house overall is incredible and so beautiful. It was nice to be in a peaceful neighborhood and have our own space.
