"As we were travelling to Prague, we received a message with the check-in details and a request for a substantial deposit (apparently to protect the tech in the apartment?). As we were en route and not really in a position to argue at that point, we paid the deposit. While it has now been refunded, we're completely baffled about why this happened - there is nothing at all about this in the listing, and Expedia have nothing to say on the matter. I think it's important to raise it here in case it...

"I loved my room it was spacious and cozy. If I required anything I just sent a text and they got it done. The staff were very nice and accommodating. I found it to be a great centeral location with trolly access just outside. Various amenities in the surrounding area."

"Excellent area to stay. On tram line, plus walkable distance to old town. Right on the water where you can enjoy the nightlife or afternoon stroll
Hotel is not manned with a reception so you must understand you need to wait until check in time to get the code for door.
Room was spacious and clean with pretty much anything you’d need."

"Great location near the National museum within walking distance of most of the popular attractions. We had fantastic meals at local restaurants. We were not used to the virtual check-in but it all worked out. This property was available when our original booking canceled our reservation at the last minute, a real life saver."
