"We loved our stay at Masseria Torre Spagnola. Beatrice is a wonderful hostess and so helpful regarding where to park in Matera and the best local places to eat. The breakfast included with our stay was incredible! So much good food from the farm itself. The property is beautiful and the family has done an amazing renovation of the farmhouse. "

"Owner was very nice and friendly. It’s located next to the ancient site so my wife and I can just walk out the door and explore all the views of the town. Property was beautiful with unique design and spacious. It’s great experience different from the usual hotels staying."

"This place was absolutely perfect. The views from the terrace were beautiful and scenic...picture perfect. The room was AWESOME. It looked like a cave and did not have any weird smells. Our little one loved the cave style. The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff could not have been more helpful. We were greeted to show us where to park, which was so convenient. "Beautiful property! The service was impeccable and the breakfast was spectacular. We were thinking of canceling our stay due to some logistical issues but we were so glad we decided to go and made it work. Matera was my favorite place to visit in Italy. It was hard to get to since the train station was closed but we traveled via Trinitalia link -speed train to Sorrento and bus from Sorrento to Matera but it was very efficient. "
