"Ideal location within walking distance of everything you need. Close to UF. Every single member of the staff was just outstanding. The room was clean and quiet (with the help of the white noise machine they provided...:-). The breakfast buffet was really good and they have beautiful balcony on the second floor so you can enjoy your breakfast (or later) a happy hour drink, outdoors. "Good value for the money. I was a bit skeptical at first because the rates are a bit lower than other places in the area but I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean, convenient area, and the breakfast was comparable to what all the other places serve. I have family in the area so this will be my go-to place whenever I visit Gainesville. "

"Clean room- had issues with the tv but the staff was accommodating to both disabilities and also to moving rooms when the tv issue arised. Room was clean and in front of the pool- so we had a nice view of pool and waterway. Pool was clean and nice temp- always people in it during the daytime while we were there. Beat the bridge so can hear traffic but the bridge is beautiful and pretty quiet overnight. Breakfast was really really good with a few different options but one of the better free...
