"One bedroom suite, complete with washer/dryer. Very quiet. Not a real hotel. More a rental that lots of amenities. But perfect for my needs."

"This property is a true gem! My husband and I stayed while we were at the Mayo Clinic for a few days. We found the property to be very clean and well thought out. The beds were very comfortable. The towels and linens were nice and everything we needed for our stay was provided. We were both very impressed with the little details the host had provided. The property is as advertised. "It would have been nice to get a heads up about mowing the lawn and having all the grass swept off of the sidewalk so we weren't walking through it and put it into the car or the house. TV remote was not in there The remote that was there did not go to that TV so we could not hook up our computer. The extras were nice. Surprisingly the two air conditioners kept the house cooled off. Not a bad place to stay would consider staying again."

"We enjoyed this place. We had no complaints. The property was well maintained. Everything worked. The garage was especially nice to have a spot near downtown. I had the master bedroom with my own bathroom. Convienent and comfortable. "

"Feels like home. After spending busy days at Mayo Clinic, this was a calm, quiet, relaxing retreat to recharge for the next day.Sitting by the lake and feeding the ducks and geese just calms a person.And the fresh roses and lily were icing on the cale"

"The apartment was just fine. My only concern was the smell in the apartment. The smell was strong enough that we were glad we didn’t have to spend too much time there. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.Also, some soap for the shower would have been really nice."

"In town for the Blues Festival, awesome experience if you’ve never been. Much better place to land than a hotel or camping! Interior space is nice, exterior space needs cleaning and maintenance. We would not stay here again simply because of the parking situation and the requirement to back out of a long driveway onto a busy road. Not easy to do even with our compact car. Recommend bringing your own cookware as what is provided is scant and old with teflon flaking off."

"The house and area are great. I want to preface this by saying that I could have thought about this before reserving. This is no-way anything on the place itself. We went to Mayo to have a surgery, and property has several sets of stairs that proved to be challenging for the days after surgery. Again, this was an oversight on my side. Neighborhood is quiet and clean. Everything else was perfect. "

"Property was immaculate. Furniture and mattress were all in excellent condition. So convenient to have an attached garage also. Very close to Mayo, and easy commute. Host was very accommodating."

"This property is located on a beautiful lake with lots of space to be down by the water. The house is stocked with lots of things to do both inside and outside. It was extremely relaxing and peaceful. It is a great rental for younger families. Just be aware that this property is NOT good for people who have difficulty with steps. There are lots of retaining walls and a spiral staircase. There is only the one bedroom that is accessible without a lot of stairs and it is the room with the queen bed...
