When we walked in, the noise was deafening in the room so we turned right back around and they moved us to another room, on another floor. That room was hot and the floor was soaked from the AC unit running itself out so we had to go back down to be moved a third time. The staff were super apologetic, professional and kind....

"There was an entire floor of construction going on above my floor. The posted sign indicated there would be noise beginning at 9am, but the work started about an hour early. I was awakened by heavy construction. When I mentioned it to the operations manager, he initially denied that construction began as early as I said. When I showed him videos that included the time on my room clock and me going upstairs to see what exactly was being done - the entire floor above me was gutted - he backed off...

"The TV did not work. I work a lot and rarely watch TV. We wanted to see the World Cup consolation match then, perhaps a movie. The carpet had multiple large stains, and the room had residual cannibus odors. The man at the desk tried to give us another room; that TV did not work either."
