"It was all great"

"we had no hot water in the sink or the tub. Had to change rooms. The hot water worked in the tub but not the sink. Breakfast bar was okay, except the food and drinks were empty, had to ask to be refilled."

"We were just in for a short time, we slept and got up early to fly out! The rooms were spacious and clean. We had a minor mishap and got put in the wrong type of room, but the front desk was quick to fix the problem and got us in the selected room! We enjoyed our short stay!"

"I stay at this hotel a lot. But this was my worse stay. The toilet broke, we ran out of towels and toilet paper and the front desk was closed when we went down to ask for more. the doors in the room were very hard to close where i literally had to forcefully shove them."

"This was my first time staying at this hotel. I carried 4 grandchildren on vacation . This hotel was very clean, very well furnished with an artistic flair. The children and I really enjoyed a full breakfast. They commented on it. Turkey sausage was great since we eat kosher. Wonderful pool. Plenty of towels!! Extra long sofa so we all could sit down at night. Loved it. Would stay again."

"The Star on Spring was one of the prettiest places I have ever stayed! It smelled amazing. Every detail had been thought of, even the towels and hairdryers were top of the line! They made our anniversary trip so special. The area around the hotel is such a cute, up and coming place area. Lots to do within a few blocks. We will definitely be back and recommending this place to everyone we know! Thanks for a great weekend!"

"BEWARE. I left a wake up call for 5:10 am -- which was crucial to make an early flight -- but no one called. Check your bill -- I was overcharged when I looked at the bill the night before departure. It finally was adjusted; then, after I left, they tacked on an incorrect charge again, which it took forever of the phone to get withdrawn. The hotel is highly recommended for its art collection, but otherwise isn't special. For instance, the pillows are thick and firm. I asked for a thinner or...
